Mt. Etna type found at our Hungarian friend Eva's house in NJ.  Story has it that when Magda and Eva emigrated to Australia, Magda's Father brought fig cuttings from this variety out of Hungary.  Cold Hardy, fruits from die back.  At the time I visited, the fig was over 15 feet tall.
