Cuttings are cut fresh and stored in high quality cold storage until shipped. You can keep cuttings packaged until ready to root by keeping them in the crisper setction of the fridge.

Due to ever increasing shipping costs we have switched to growing in quart over gallon containers (although we still carry both).  This does not limit the size of the tree as a sapling until it reaches several feet.
